Return Qualifications: O'Douds will offer a full refund only if there was a defect in the product. No partial refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered based on personal preference. Orders with incorrect shipping information, order alterations or cancellations are to be communciated to our service team withing 24 hours of placing an order.  Once an order is shipped from our facility, changes such as changes to shipping addresses or order cancellations are not applicable.
