Return Qualifications:
O'Douds will offer a full refund only if there is a defect in the product. No partial refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered based on personal preference. Orders with incorrect shipping information, order alterations, or cancellations must be communicated to our service team within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order is shipped, changes such as shipping address modifications or order cancellations are not applicable.
Return Window:
You may return defective goods within 30 days of purchase.
Return Instructions:
To initiate a return, please email info@odouds.us, within 30 days of your order being placed, explaining the issue with the product. Please include your name, email associated with your order or order number and include any relevant pictures for quicker troubleshooting.
Returned items should be in their original condition. Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

If you send needed information or verification of information to modify your order past the 24 mark, we can not guarantee that changes can be made prior to fulfillment or shipping.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible (not guaranteed) for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used and is not up to our quality and/or performance standards, you are eligible but not guaranteed a partial refund.If the shipping timeframe exceeds any paid shipping duration fees, ie, you pay for priority but an issue in transit delays your delivery, we will refund the paid shipping amount. If your order exceeds 30 days, we will put in a dispute with the carrier for further details on your package.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Nope! It looks like you got the remainder of our last few batches of your styler we shipped to our Amazon team before we poured them into the new Aluminum jars. No worries, they are the same product that performs just the same as you know and love. These still have a 12-month shelf life after opening, kept in well-maintained conditions.
