Blow Dry: We recommend using Hydrate Spray before blow drying each and every time you blow dry! Hydrate Spray protects the hair from heat while making it soft, manageable, and ready for the rest of your styling routine.
Air Dry: For quick and easy styling just allow Hydrate Spray to air dry naturally in the hair. Doing so will keep your hair and scalp from getting dry and damaged while it reduces frizz and gives you a “no-product” sort of vibe.

We’ve used natural resins and extracts to bring out the complex and warm notes of vanilla, as opposed to the sickly sweet aroma found in synthetic versions. This rich and warm fragrance mixes with bright notes of mandarin and lime for a refreshing, exciting, and sometimes even mouth-watering aroma. O'Douds will offer a full refund only if there is a defect in the product. No partial refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered based on personal preference. Orders with incorrect shipping information, order alterations, or cancellations must be communicated to our service team within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order is shipped, changes such as shipping address modifications or order cancellations are not applicable.

Return Instructions:
To initiate a return, please email info@odouds.us, within 30 days of your order being placed, explaining the issue with the product. Please include your name, email associated with your order or order number and include any relevant pictures for quicker troubleshooting.
Returned items should be in their original condition. Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

While both provide extra nourishment, our Hydrate Spray helps detangle the hair and adds a moisture/oil barrier to the hair to protect it before using heat from a blow-dryer. Our Conditioning Cream has a thicker consistency and though still a light hold, has more so than our Hydrate Spray.

In the ingredients section on each of our product labels you will see a small jar emblem with “12M” next to it. This emblem means that the product will expire 12 months after it is opened.

All of our jars, lids, and bottles are easily recycled. We recommend researching your local guidelines on separating recycled materials, drop off center locations, and curbside pick-up schedules. Don’t forget to rinse out the remaining product from your jars and bottles and remove the lid to recycle separately. The Earth thanks you, and so do we.
